Calculate the fertile days: the ovulation calendar to get pregnant

best time to get pregnant, when can you get pregnant, can you get pregnant while breastfeeding, how can you get pregnant, can you get pregnant after your periodYou can increase your chances of getting pregnant if you understand the process of ovulation and how it fits in the monthly menstrual cycle. During each menstrual cycle, the endometrial tissue thickens to prepare the uterus for a possible pregnancy. About halfway through the cycle, ovulation occurs. Ovulation is the process by which an ovary produces and releases an egg. The egg develops in the ovary in a small fluid-filled sac called a follicle. When the egg is mature the sac breaks, releasing the egg from the ovary. The egg is then moved to the fallopian tubes. If the egg is fertilized by a sperm, it moves to the uterus and implants itself in the uterine wall, where it grows for nine months.

If the egg is not fertilized during ovulation (ie, if there is no pregnancy), the thickened endometrial tissue breaks down and passes, along with the unfertilized egg, out of the cervix, through the vagina, and is menstruation.

Ovulation is therefore the time during the menstrual cycle when you can get pregnant and is regulated by a complex system of chemical and hormonal secretions from the ovaries, the hypothalamus (part of the brain) and the pituitary gland (the gland that controls the Most hormonal secretions).

There are several ways to calculate the fertile group. One way to recognize when ovulation is taking place is to take your temperature with a basal thermometer (a special thermometer that will show even slight changes in body temperature), early in the morning. In most women, the body temperature increases slightly soon after ovulation which occurs every month and does not return to normal until the menstrual flow begins. This is the perfect time to get pregnant. Some women hoping to get pregnant keep track of their temperature on a calendar, until it can emerge a model with the observation of several months.

Another way to calculate de fertile days is to create an ovulation calendar, must count 14 days forward from the first day of the last menstrual period in an average of 28 days per cycle. OR 15 days for a cycle which is normally of 29 days, 16 days for a cycle which is generally 30 days, and so on. However, this method is less accurate in determining the best time to get pregnant than the method thermometer because the length of the menstrual cycle can vary from month to month.

Some women experience abdominal cramps during ovulation, and thus have an additional way to recognize the best time of the cycle to try to get pregnant.

A sperm that has been released into the vagina until three days before the release of a mature egg can still be fertilized. And an egg, once released, is capable of being fertilized for about a day.

The creation of an ovulation calendar to keep track of your monthly cycle will help you understand the approximate time when ovulation occurs. With good timing and a little patience, you too can increase your chances of getting pregnant.
